Bikram Yoga in Bend, Oregon is the Only Affiliated Bikram Yoga
School Authorized and Trained to Teach Bikram Yoga in all of Central Oregon.
All of our teachers have completed a rigorous and in depth 500 hour
Bikram Yoga Teacher Training program with Bikram Choudhury. Our
teachers were selected because of their ability to lead students
through their indevidual journeys of growth. Their commitment and
ongoing desire to deepen their knowledge of yoga through ongoing study
and practice will help further guide you towards ultimate health and
fulfillment in your life.
